Website Design for Financial Advisors

A Website You Own, Built to Be Found and to Convert

Fast, compliant, and structured so both search engines and AI assistants can read it. You own the site outright when it launches, and it becomes an asset rather than a subscription you keep renting.

What goes into a financial advisor website?

A financial advisor website needs four things working together: a clear message about who you serve, a structure search engines and AI assistants can read, a path that turns a visitor into a booked call, and hosting fast enough that nobody leaves before it loads. Most advisor sites get the first one half right and ignore the rest. We build all four, on static infrastructure hosted at Cloudflare, with schema markup and AEO structure in from the start rather than bolted on later.

What's Included

One project, one fixed price, and the site is yours at the end of it.

Custom Design, Up to 12 Pages

Designed around your practice and your ideal client, not dropped into a template every other advisor in your state is also using.

Built on Cloudflare

Static pages served from Cloudflare's network, so the site loads fast everywhere. Speed is a ranking factor and the first thing a visitor judges you on.

SEO / AEO Foundations

Schema markup, clean heading structure, meta data, and the entity signals that let AI assistants understand who you are and what you do.

One CRM Form Integration

Your contact form wired into the CRM you already use, so enquiries land in your pipeline instead of an inbox. Additional integrations are quoted separately.

Mobile-First Build

Designed for the phone first, because that is where most of your prospects will see it, then scaled up to desktop.

Built With Compliance In Mind

Structured so client-facing content can move through your review process, with the disclosure and archiving requirements accounted for rather than discovered later.

How It Works

A defined project with a statement of work, not an open-ended retainer.

  1. Scope

We agree what the site needs to do, how many pages it takes, and which integrations are in. That goes into a statement of work with a timeline, so nothing is a surprise later.

  2. Design

You see the homepage direction first, since that decides everything else. Once you sign off on it, we build the interior pages to match.

  3. Build

Static pages on Cloudflare, schema markup in from the start, your CRM form wired up, and every page checked on mobile before it goes anywhere.

  4. Launch and Hand Over

We move it live, confirm search engines can crawl it, and hand it over. The site is yours. Hosting continues at $25 a month for as long as it is live.

Why This Matters Now

Almost everyone who hears your name looks you up before they call, including the referrals. Your website is doing that job whether it was built for it or not. A slow site, or one that says nothing specific about who you serve, quietly loses people who were already interested.

What's changing now is who is reading your site, it's shifting from humans to AI agents. This makes the infrastructure of your website extremely important. (Which is why we now build static sites on Cloudflare's network, using a framework called Astro.) A site with no structure, no schema, no data feed, and no clear statement of what you do will make your site become invisible in search within the next 12-18 months. That is a technical problem with a commercial cost.

The other thing worth being blunt about is ownership. Plenty of advisor website platforms keep the site and license it to you, which means the moment you stop paying their monthly fees, you lose your site. Ours does not work that way. You own what we build, and all the content.

A website is a separate project rather than part of the monthly packages, but every package assumes you have one worth sending traffic to. If yours is holding the rest back, we will say so before you spend on marketing around it.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does a financial advisor website cost?

On FinancialAdvisors.com it is $2,999 up front with a $499 set-up fee, covering a custom site of up to 12 pages with one CRM form integration. Hosting is $25 a month for as long as the site is live. Across the wider industry, advisor websites commonly run from a few hundred dollars a month on a monthly template platform to $10,000 or more for a fully custom build. If you want complex integrations or web apps, then custom websites can be over $100,000. The difference worth checking is whether you own what you paid for.

Do I own the website built by FinancialAdvisors.com?

Yes, outright, at launch. That is not standard in this category. Several of the larger advisor website platforms grant you a license that ends when your subscription does, which means leaving costs you the site, the content, and often the search history attached to it. We build it, you own it, and you can take it elsewhere whenever you want.

How long does a website build take?

Most builds run four to eight weeks from signed statement of work to launch. The timeline depends far more on how quickly content and approvals come back than on the build itself. We agree the schedule up front and tell you exactly what we need from you and when.

What is provided, and what do I need to provide?

You are responsible for the website copy, meaning the words describing your business, products, and services. We'll help you with this, but ultimately it's your business and you have to be ok with how it is presented. You also need to provide your logo and branding colors. If you need assistance with this, we can help for an additional fee. We provide 2 images per page. Beyond that, we can help you source images for $10 each.

Can you work with my existing website instead?

Sometimes. If the foundation is sound we would rather fix it than replace it, and that is usually the cheaper answer. If the site is slow, not mobile-responsive, or built in a way search engines struggle with, we will tell you honestly. Some platforms also do not give us access to the code we need, and we would flag that before you commit to anything.

Can I use my existing domain name?

Yes. If you own your domain name, we can build the new site on it.

What platform do you build your websites on?

We now build our websites in Astro, on Cloudflare Workers. This creates an extremely fast static site that performs very well in AI search. The most recent sites we have built score over 90 in PageSpeed Insights, which is excellent.

Will my website be mobile-friendly?

Yes, every site is built using responsive design principles to ensure it looks and works great on smartphones, tablets, and desktops.

Do you include SEO in the build?

Basic on-page SEO, such as clean code, fast loading speeds, meta tags, and mobile optimization, is integrated, though ongoing keyword campaigns are a separate service.

Can you integrate third-party tools?

Yes. Contact forms, CRM systems, email newsletters, and appointment schedulers can all be connected.

Will I be able to update the site myself?

Probably not, unless you are familiar with website development. The static Astro sites we build do not have a CMS, which is a content management system, the admin panel that lets you log in and edit pages yourself. Changes to the site need to happen through us, and our development fees are $50 per half hour. That is a trade off to be aware of, and it is the reason the site loads as fast as it does.

What happens after launch if I need changes?

Edits are billed at $50 per half hour, so small changes stay small charges. There is no mandatory maintenance retainer. Hosting continues at $25 a month, which covers keeping the site live and fast on Cloudflare.

Do you offer refunds if I am not happy with the design?

We get approval of the design at several steps during the build, to ensure that the website meets your expectations. Since what is built has been approved by you, we do not offer refunds.

Will the site be compliant?

It is built with your review process in mind. Structure, disclosures, and archiving requirements are accounted for during the build rather than discovered afterwards. Final responsibility for what publishes sits with your compliance review, as it should, and we build the site so that process is straightforward rather than an obstacle.

Is 12 pages enough?

For most advisory practices, yes. A typical build covers home, about, the team, three or four service pages, a contact page, a blog index, and the required disclosure pages. If you need more, we scope it in the statement of work rather than surprising you with it later.

AI-Powered

What is FAVIR™?

Financial Advisor Visibility Index Rating — an AI-native scoring system that measures how well a financial advisor's profile is structured for discovery by AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity.

How the Agentic System Works

1
Rule-Based Indexes

Ten profile dimensions — credentials, bio depth, specialties, AUM clarity, fee transparency, online presence, and more — are scored 0–100 using verifiable rules.

2
Specialized Sub-Agents

AI agents independently evaluate qualitative signals (writing quality, positioning clarity, thought leadership) that rules alone can't capture.

3
Synthesizer (Claude)

An orchestrating AI agent combines all indexes, weighs them, and produces your composite FAVIR™ Score plus bespoke, prioritized recommendations for improvement.

The Value for Financial Advisors

  • AI Discoverability: When someone asks an AI assistant for a financial advisor, FAVIR™-optimized profiles are more likely to be surfaced.
  • Actionable Roadmap: Instead of generic advice, you get ranked, impact-scored suggestions specific to your profile gaps.
